Description:
Player (Brickdrummer) logs in and chats with me for a little bit. He later becomes SWAT and pulls out his gun. He later shoots another citizen and myself for no appropriate reason whatsoever (rdm x2). I banish him to the Netherlands (Admin room) to keep him away from other citizens. He then starts to use a tool to spawn some type of tool-based object and spams fences in a corner of the admin room. He then stops and is allowed to role-play regularly (He said he wouldn't do it again. Nearly did it but DC'd before).

After looking at the evidence that you have provided. I will now ban player Brickdrummer for a week. Hopefully after the week ban. This player will come back and acknowledge the Rules and Guidelines that are provided in our !motd.
